Healthy and fluffy pancakes with a delicious twist of fresh apple and ground cinnamon

Preparation Time: 10 min   Cook Time: 15 min    Total Time: 25 min  

Servings: 4 people


  • 150 g (1 cup) self raising flour
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 50 g (1/3 cup) sultanas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 250 ml (1 cup) milk (of your choice e.g. cow's, coconut, breastmilk)
  • 1 tsp butter


  • In a medium bowl mix the milk and flour.
  • Add the cinnamon, the sultanas and the grated apple and mix well until a smooth batter is formed.
  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add two large spoonfuls of batter and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat for each pancake.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
